At Zuuro, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your jewelry purchase, you can request a return or refund directly through the ‘My Account’ section on our website. Please read the policy below to understand the terms and process involved.


1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
  • The item is in unused, original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • The item is the same as sold, and has not been substituted, tampered with, or altered in any way.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry, unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or negligence.
  • Items returned without original certificates, tags, or packaging.
  • Used products or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Login to your Zuuro account and go to ‘My Orders’ > ‘Request Return/Refund’.
  • Submit your return request with the order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review the request and provide instructions for return shipping if eligible.
  • Returns must be made using Zuuro-authorized shipping to ensure traceable and secure delivery.

4.  Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or product misrepresentation, Zuuro or the seller will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, sizing, or preference, the buyer must bear return shipping fees and any non-refundable duties/taxes.

5.  Refund Approval & Processing

  • Once the item is received and inspected, Zuuro or the seller will determine refund eligibility.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10–20 business days of approval.
  • Any applicable administrative fees will be communicated prior to refund processing.

6. Disputes & Resolution
In case of a disagreement regarding a return or refund:

  • Zuuro will offer mediation between the buyer and seller.
  • Final decisions will be made by Zuuro based on submitted evidence, communication, and transaction history.
