Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the following:

Order Processing Time

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also find the tracking link in the My Orders section of your Zuuro account. Track your shipment via:
- FedEx Tracking Portal (for international orders)
- Yamato Transport Tracking (for domestic Japan orders)
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- For most destinations, FedEx includes applicable customs duties and import taxes in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
- These amounts are prepaid to streamline customs clearance and avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
- Delays due to customs clearance, although rare, are beyond Zuuro's control.
Delivery Attempts
- FedEx and Yamato will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered after the final attempt, the package will be returned to Zuuro.
- Redelivery or reshipment costs may apply.
Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Freight forwarding services are discouraged; we are not responsible for damage/loss beyond original delivery.
